    Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of patients and the current regulations of community pharmacies in Iraq, as there is a lack of evidence on specific fields of improvement in community pharmacy services in the country. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted between February and March 2023 using a pilot-tested questionnaire to collect data from 1,942 patients with a Likert scale and one-way ANOVA analysis. Key Findings: The response rate was 98.37%, with most respondents being young adults and adults (44.2%), female (94.4%), and from Baghdad (71.3%). Approximately 87.5% confirmed the presence of a pharmacist in the pharmacy, while 13% reported the absence of one. Key findings included 43.1% of participants being unsatisfied with the parking facilities, 38.2% reporting satisfaction with the education of pharmacy staff, 46.2% receiving medications exactly as prescribed, and 45.1% expressing dissatisfaction with prices or discounts. Conclusion: The study concluded that there is low patient satisfaction with community pharmacy services in Iraq, attributed to incorrect regulations and poor implementation, requiring improved community pharmacy services, ongoing professional development for pharmacy staff, and increased involvement of authorities to enhance pharmacy care services

    Fatigue is an often-reported symptom in individuals infected with SARS-CoV-2, the virusresponsible for the COVID-19 pandemic. Early reports on the clinical characteristics ofCOVID-19 patients mentioned fatigue as a common complaint among many of them. Thepurpose of this study was to assess both mental and physical fatigue. in patientsrecovered from COVID-19 and to study whether the severity can predict the possibility ofdeveloping Post COVID-19 fatigue for long time. A clinical retrospective study conductedin post Covid-19 fatigue syndrome by Clinical evaluation of fatigue was conducted usinga questioning form in Iraq, on 22 February 2022 on patients between 18 - 59 years old tosee the incidence of the fatigue syndrome in patients recovered from COVID-19. PostCOVID-19 fatigue syndrome was 82% of the patients recovered from COVID- 19 in thisstudy, the symptoms between malaise 59.7%, hair loss 41.7 %, cognition impairment 25% and loss of appetite 50 % in these patients.     Background: Coronaviruses are noteworthy disease-causing agents in humans andanimals. A new strain of this virus was detected in 2019 as the source of a pneumoniaoutbreak in Wuhan, a city in China. The virus, originally named 2019-nCoV, quicklyescalated from an epidemic within China to a global pandemic. The World HealthOrganization labeled the disease as COVID-19 in February 2020, which was caused bythe severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Coronaviruses are alarge family of viruses that also include pathogens like Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS-CoV) and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV). Early data suggeststhat roughly 99% of COVID-19 cases present with mild symptoms, while the remainingcases are severe or critical. As of January 31, 2021, there have been a total of103,286,991 reported cases worldwide, with 2,232,776 deaths. Vaccines have appearedas a crucial tool in preventing SARS-CoV-2 infection and are considered the mostpromising approach to curbing the pandemic. The first human clinical trials for COVID-19 vaccines began in March 2020, and several phase III trials have been completed orare nearing completion.Study design and sample collection: This is a cross-sectional study that was collectedfrom different Iraqi province, the study was involved 125 persons. Data collection duringSeptember 2021. A web-based self-report survey was administered to vaccinated persons.The electronic survey was administered through Google Form software. The survey linkwas distributed electronically via different social media groups (Facebook, WhatsApp,and Telegram).Result: The median age of persons who was taken the vaccine is 32 years old. Thefemales were higher than males in getting the vaccine with (56%) women and (44%) formen. A 59.2% of people were administer Pfizer vaccine, 24% were administerAstraZeneca and only 16.8% of people were administer Sino pharm.
