Based on the provisions of Article (46) of the Private Higher Education Law No. (25) of 2016 and Paragraph (1) of the recommendations of the Private Higher Education Council at its seventh session for the year 2023, held on 3/29/2023 and approved on (4/9/2013) Based on what was stated in the report of the inspection committee formed pursuant to Ministerial Order No. T/A/K 44130 dated 4/14/2021, the following was decided:

Transforming Al-Esraa University College in Baghdad Governorate into a university named (Al-Esraa University) that includes the following colleges: College of Dentistry, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, College of Engineering, College of Engineering Technology, College of Health and Medical Technologies, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, College of Law, College Administration and Economics, College of Arts).
