The ethical policies pursued by Al-Esraa University aim to make ethics and ethical values an integral part of its identity and direction. The organization seeks to achieve a balance between profits and ethical principles, considering ethics, integrity, honesty, and justice as priorities in all aspects of its work.

Respect and tolerance policies encourage treating others with respect and appreciation, regardless of their differences in race and religion. Honesty and accountability policies promote ethical practices in professional and business fields, such as integrity, transparency, anti-corruption measures, and avoiding conflicts of interest. These policies aim to build trust in institutions and companies within the community. Rights policies enhance and protect fundamental human rights, such as personal freedom, freedom of expression, women's rights, and minority rights. These policies aim to ensure human dignity and protect individuals from discrimination, persecution, and other violations

For members associated with the university, whether students, faculty members, or administrative staff, the Ethics Complaint Center works to provide a mechanism for dealing with these complaints and addressing them in a fair and transparent manner.

The function of the Ethics Complaint Center includes the following:

·         Receiving complaints: The center receives complaints related to ethical behavior from all concerned parties. There should be an easy and clear mechanism for submitting complaints, whether through electronic forms or written requests.

·         Investigation and inquiry: The center conducts independent and objective investigations into the submitted complaints. This includes gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties and potential witnesses.

·         Taking appropriate actions: Based on the investigation results, the center takes appropriate actions to address the complaint. These actions may include recommending disciplinary measures, directing recommendations to improve university policies and procedures, or providing awareness and training for the individuals involved.

·         Confidentiality and protection: The Ethics Complaint Center should have strict policies that ensure the confidentiality of information and protect whistleblowers and witnesses from any harm or retaliation.
